Education and Achievements
Singing in various music theatre programs from age 10 was the first step to set Molly out on her musical journey. Starting singing lessons in secondary school, Molly archived her classical singing ABRSM grades 1-8.
She graduated Ulster University with a first class honour’s Music Degree (BMUS). She spent her final year specialising in music performance and music within the community. Her attitude is to make music accessible to all, inspiring confidence and brining people together with music.
While in Ulster University she spent her spare time being a front row soprano singer in choir and chamber choir. Taking part in many coral arrangements such as Mozart’s Requiem and Howard Goodall’s ‘Eternal Life’.
Molly also sings in a Belfast based band that plays original compositions.
Playing alto, tenor and baritone saxophone has lead Molly to expand musical theory skills and experience gigging in the Ulster hall and Derry Jazz festival. Her love for jazz has influenced her to explore a range of genres within singing such as soul, pop and folk.
Singing is important for boosting confidence, mental health and increasing creativity! Molly’s teaching style is pupil focused and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
